This product is a protector which protects the stoma against pressure
The BORT Stoma Protector protects the stoma against pressure (e.g. a safety
belt when driving) and/or unintended physical influences (e.g. during sports
activities). It can easily be attached to BORT stoma support (REF 104 090)
1 The BORT Stoma protector is attached to the front side of the BORT
Stoma support using Velcro.
2 Position the protector above the stoma recess. Ensure that the stoma
bag is not hemmed in by the protector. The stoma bag should sit loosely
beneath the protector, enabling the bag to continue to fill unproblematically.
3 Next, pull the textile protector cover with the desired tension over the
BORT Stoma protector and fix it simply using the integrated Velcro
fastener on the stoma support.
To remove the protector, please take the textile cover off and remove the
Stoma protector: 100% polypropylene

Before washing the BORT Stoma support, the textile protector cover and the
BORT Stoma protector must be removed from the support. It can be handwashed using mild detergents.
