Your knee support is partly responsible for keeping her going!

Thank you so much!  I am sorry I did not provide enough information about the product I was interested in, but you correctly figured out what I needed (for my 93 year old mom).  She walks with me daily and your knee support is partly responsible for keeping her going.  I have completed my order, and it has been a pleasure doing business with you! Thanks again, Anni L

This Brace has changed my life!!

"I received the Bort EpiPlus Lateral & Medial Epicondylitis
Treatment Elbow Brace in May.  Until then, I have not been able to play
competitive tennis (I could only play about an hour a week with pain).  I
had surgery in March 2012 on my lateral epicondyle (full thickness tear) and
surgery December 2014 on my medial epicondyle.  The medial surgery has been
very difficult to recover from and I truly thought I would never be pain
free again...  HOWEVER, this brace has changed my life!!  Within one month
of wearing it, I am pain free not only day to day but also while I play
tennis!  WooHoo!  Thank you so much!  It is such a great product that now
I'm online looking for an ankle brace for my husband who has chronic
tendonitis in his achilles." From ~ Christie R.

Going The Distance

Desperate to find something that would be right for competition and her specific problem, we began an online search and struck "silver" with Bort-Swiss.

Not only was Beth Swiss incredibly helpful in answering questions, and recommending their exclusive Asymmetric knee brace, but she understood that it was more than just a hobby for Sydney and made sure the first brace ordered arrived overnight in time for a very important meet. From the moment she put it on, the Asymmetric proved to be the saving grace for Sydney's track career...

In the spring of 2008 Sydney was a blossoming freshman track athlete who had competed in the Drake Relays and State Meet. That summer a knee injury suffered in a USATF meet put an end to summer track. Therapy helped until a volleyball dive re-injured the knee in the fall. Once again there was physical therapy, and this time a standard knee brace. When her sophomore track season began in 2009, it became clear the injury was taking away from her performance and the knee brace wasn't adequate. Surgery was offered, but this seemed risky and drastic, and definitely would mean missing the season. Knowing the issue – an unstable patella which slid and caused friction –we believed that the right brace would be best solution - but shopped in vain. Nothing off the shelf designed for precisely her problem was to be found, and all were bulky, ill-fitting and less than ideal for a sprinter.

That season she was able to get back to her former speed, and even improve it. During the remainder of her high school career Sydney was able to help her volleyball team to an undefeated conference championship and she went on to compete in the prestigious Drake Relays and earned trips to the State Meet in multiple events each year, winning 9 District Champion medals to adorn her letter. In all 4 years she earned over 200 medals...the majority of them gold. Sydney's name is now on three school records, including one that was 36 years old when her relay team broke it. Perhaps the greatest reward - Sydney was recruited by several college coaches and ultimately her ability to run helped get her signed to a full tuition scholarship at an amazing school. After running though two of the original braces, it's time for a new one, and she is thrilled to be able to break in (and pretty excited that it comes in black!) the updated Asymmetric. Bort Swiss technology, compassion, customer service, and of course the Asymmetric, helped get Sydney into the college that is perfect for her and is keeping her flying on the track for a few more seasons.

Sydney is forever grateful to the Asymmetric and her "Bort Swiss Team"!

I cannot thank you enough for all your assistance.

I just wanted to let you know that the knee brace has been "approved" by the coach and physical therapist.

In any case, we tried it yesterday for practice, and it was awesome, she did a full workout with no pain and reported she almost forgot it was there. Today she will test it in competition, and we have high hopes that it will really make a difference mentally, and physically, for her to have a support that gives her what she needs.
I'll be sure to let you know if they break any records!

I cannot thank you enough for all your assistance. It was great to find a company and a person willing to go a little bit of an extra mile to help, and we will always recommend you in the future.

Thanks SO much!
